I would say Montgomery, Fort Bend, and eventually Waller County( in the near future, probably 5-10 years) are poised to be the best suburban counties for most, not all, of the criteria on your list.

People have been saying Waller County for future growth. I really want to know what makes people say that.

The U.S. 290 Corridor (The Northwest Freeway) is growing by leaps and bounds. 290 goes in to Waller County.

I know that I-10 west is growing crazy like 290 is too. However, is the area between these two freeways booming or growing in Waller County?

Not at all. There is nothing there. It all stops in far Western Harris County. Still got a ways to go before Harris County starts filling in out there. There have it all planned out though: http://www.houstontx.gov/planning/DevelopRegs/mobility/MTFPMap/MTFP_Map10.pdf (broken link)

So, what's all this hype about Waller County growing so much, since it's basically at a standstill compared to other counties percentage wise?

Scarface713, I think this will be a booming area and start filling in its empty prairies real soon. Especially when the economy jumps back in high gear. Just look at Cypress, the majority of that area has been developed over the last 15 years. I wish I owned some sizable parcels of land in that area. I would be financially sound for many, many generations when I would have sold it. Great link.
