It is in a Prime location, but SLand has the name recognition, it has been happening for years. The development there is just too advanced for Fulshear to catch up in that short a period.

Then again, Pearland shot passed Sugarland in lightening speed so I may be wrong
Because Pearland is in a much better location; it's so close to the loop. Lots of of students and TMC employees live out there. 288 is hell though during rush hour.

I've heard and read great things about Pearland.

From the growth trends, it seems like FB is the best suburban county.

From the growth trends it would be Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, and Harris.

Question: What is contributing a 65.1% growth rate in FB County? 65.1% is freaking huge for a county of that population.

I could remember somebody saying that Waller County is going to be Houston's next hot spot for growth. How do you guys feel about that?

I wonder how people feel about it now? I would say Fort Bend is still th best because it has multiple booming communities. Montgomery has The Woodlands, Brazoria has Pearland and Galveston county has experienced very little growth outside of League City.
