Still Fort Bend according to most active MPCs in November 2016 with Riverstone, Sienna, Aliana, Cross Creek Ranch and Harvest Green leading the way.

I think it is Fort Bend personally. Has everything going for it except proximity to central Houston which would go to suburban Harris or Northern Brazoria.
