Has anyone had luck contacting Fort Bend Christmas Lights? They came to take down my lights. They took down 80% of them, but didn't finish the job. Now I can't get a hold of them. They took about $500 worth of my lights "to store until next season". I'm guessing I'll never see them again?

Juan Barron is the owner of this company. Twice Ive been lucky enough to speak to him and he gave me dates for the removal of my lights and twice they never showed or called to let me know what was going on. My third date for removal was to-day between 4pm-6pm (strange that its the same window every time). Anyways its 4:47pm an no one has showed yet, I dont hold out much hope of ever seeing them again. Ive come to the conclusion that they are scam artists who target new/unsuspecting neighborhoods. Im going to have to pay someone else now to take down these lights and am considering legal action against these guys to get all my money back since the job clearly has not been complerted to my satisfaction.

Default Fort Bend Christmas Lights

I too am having a bad experience with Fort Bend Christmas Lights....owner Juan Barron.
He told me he would refund my $310 dollars on 11/26/11 and he did not. I have called him on 12/2, 12/4, 12/8, 12/12, 12/13, 12/19, 12/23, and each time he apologized and said he would mail a check. NOT!!

The only phone number I have is 832-368-1772 and I know he is a realtor with United Texas Realtors at 281-282-0935 and I also know that the web site Fort Bend Christmas Lights is registered to 10907 Overbrook, Houston, Tx 77042 but the property does not belong to Juan Barron even though he is listed as the Administrator contact for the web site. If anyone has more information please share...I want to put a stop to this rip off artist.

Default Small claims court

I checked into filing a small claims suit against him but found out that when you go to court you can only get a "judgment" against him and they do not force him to give you your money. You then have to file for an action against the judgement and you still are not guaranteed to get your money.

So I am just glad he finally refunded mine.
