For 288, yes. Pearland is different where most folks do work in the Medical Center, which is serviced by the current train system.

I live at the end of WestPark and I'm kinda glad they left enough right-of-way for future rail service out here. Sure, it's going to suck soon when there's a lot of traffic on the tollway but by then the train system in Houston should be at the point where you can go from Galleria to Greenway Plaza to Downtown (and then Reliant Center and Medical Center). That will be awesome, cutting down on mall traffic and I'll be able to ride a train to the Rodeo.
