I have a really tall ceiling in my house and there's a wall I need painted. Can anyone in the Humble/Atascocita/Kingwood area recommend a painter who could paint for me? It's a 14' ceiling, and only half a wall. Would literally take a couple of hours at the most for a couple of coats of paint. I would do it myself, but my husband doesn't want me to try to get up there with the ladder we have.

In the past I've just gotten the builder's painters (the guys who painted our house originally) to come do it. But my builder isn't in the area anymore, and I'm not sure how to go about asking the other builders in my community about their guys.

If they're still building in your community, can you try to catch them while they're painting a house and just stop by and talk to them. You can usually get a pretty good deal that way. They can even send someone over to do your wall while they're working on another house.
