Our Budget is 169k and we were hoping to get 2600 sq feet.
However, I am now wondering if we made a uneducated choice. Lucky for us we only started a build with 1000K down. So if we have to loose that we will.
So my question is - Is the Atascocita Forest in Humble a good safe nice place to live? Is Humble Hight school a good school with high ratings and low crime. Any input would be helpful for us.

I would read this website ashwoodbuilders.com, it is dedicated to helping people making the right decisions when it comes to buying any Postwood builders homes or homes that are affiliated with them. THey have had numeroud issues and are a 2 out of 5 on JDPOWER and have had about 50 complaints on the Better Buisness Bureau. I hope you guys had a good experience with what ever home you bought.
