I'm watching Chopped on the Food Network right now and I want to try some Roasted Bone Marrow appetizer. Can someone recommend a Houston restaurant?

Thanks

I know Catalan @ TC Jester & Washington for sure has it. Fairly high dollar though, just to warn you. Oh, and once you're they're, you might as well stay for the pork belly with the molasses syrup and sugar cane. Delicious beyond words.

Feast would most likely would have it. Bistro Provence sometimes has it as a special. I would call both places ahead of time.

Catalan. It was too greasy/fatty for my liking, but that's how it's supposed to be.
