Not really. The shopping center has a Marshalls, Ross, Old Navy, Pier One, etc in it. There's not really anything upscale about it.

Nordstrom Rack fits right in with those stores.. It's not an upscale shopping experience like Nordstrom's is.

It's like an outlet. Limited labels, and the "second tier" lines of a medium level labels. Some of the clothing is even designed for outlets by the designers.

Hitting the sales racks at Nordstrom gets you much better quality discount clothes and there aren't 300 warm bodies swarming all around you either.

i live in HOU...didn't Hugo Boss build a store here ?...not the outlet in Katy (bogus)...i mean a real store down in the Galleria area...i can't find on Google.
