I know this has been discussed recently, but I cant find it.
Me and my friend are having a serious discussion about the busiest street in Houston. I personally think its Westheimer, but my friend thinks its FM 1960, what do you all think??

I guess it depends on what you mean exactly. The busiest and best commercial street? Or the one with the highest traffic count?

Westheimer over 1960 for sure. Westheimer is wider and goes from the suburbs into the city. 1960 crosses the suburbs for the most part.

I looked up data from TXDot a couple months ago and Westheimer handles more traffic

Westheimer ranks number 28th busiest (from highway 6 to Post Oak) in Texas and 1960 ranks 34th

Is there a question? Take a drive from Highland Village to Chimney Rock at 5 p.m. and then post.
