You're not going to find an over-abundance of apartments in Katy, although they do exist. What is your price range? You might fair better with finding a single family home for rent?

Hi there...I have also looked at apartments in Katy ISD to rent while we are waiting on our house to be built. I found that there are some townhomes in Cinco Ranch that I think may turn out to be a better deal overall. The rent seems comparable and possibly cheaper than the two apartments I've found in Katy area. If you search Houston Real Estate - Houston Homes, Houston Home Value and Houston Relocation for townhomes in Katy ISD, several will show up. I believe they are all 3 bedrooms. Hope that helps and good luck to you.
