Hamilton Elementary in Cy-fair is once again on the list again this year.

It has ghetto areas, small cheap old houses on mature neighborhoods, public transportation, bus stops, side walks (100%), 2 park&rides, colored people walking of all things, people in national costumes and other ghetto indicators lol

BUT the Kerr HS is situated on peaceful meadow, the area is clinically clean.
Btw alief isd has its own very active police which I think helps a lot as a symbol of authority and very needed 1on1 pep talk for some underprivileged kids
