algreen new number are out houston has over 6,ooo,ooo and atl has over 5,000,000 so there would be larger number in houston the more mile from metro the more people you have the beaumont , port arthur, and orange about 600,ooo then north woodlands, spring, and conroe/huntsville another 1.5million to the south lake jackson/freeport another 500,000 an thats 40-70 miles from the metro which would be almost 10 million an atlanta the farther out very very rural i know !!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry algreen not being rude.

I don't think you get it. So let me break it down.
There are 5.2 million people living in Atlanta MSA. 1.7 million of them are Black.
There are 5.9 million people living in Houston MSA. 1.02 million of them are Black.

Therefor Atlanta has more blacks. 700,000 more Blacks at that.

every one saw the numbers on cnn that is in atl an they broke it down sorry spade i a very sorry it will be all right need a pat on the back houston larger and better

Mississippi is the only state I've been to where soul food joints are prominent.

Anyways, I rarely do soul food joints. I just can't eat anybody soul food because people don't know how to clean.

No need to apologize considering I am from Texas and prefer Houston to Atlanta. But the facts remain that Atlanta metro has a larger black population than Houston metro. Time to get over it.

But yes, Mississippi is pretty much the south of the south.
