Hi All,
My husband and are moving from the NY/NJ area to Houston in July. I am doing some research looking for a reasonable way to move. We are not bringing any of our furniture as it would be cheaper to buy new than ship it.
Was thinking of using UPS for shipping our clothes etc. and driving our car with the rest.
Any comments/ideas/suggestions on using UPS? Anyone know of any other companies that I can use to ship stuff.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks

What about the pods? Have had several clients use them. Now there is more than the one company. Got to be cheaper than UPS (maybe even include the furniture).

Put a hitch on your car, get a U-Haul trailer. If you only have one car, rent a U-Haul truck/van and drive two vehicles down. Get to bring some of the furniture too!
