Now I don't want to get in a debate about day laborers.... When I lived in California I regularly used day laborers for moving, cleaning up, yard work... whatever!! They simply worked hard and I paid them well.

I am looking for some help to load a trailer of furniture. I am moving back to Houston from College Station.

Where is the best place to look??? Thanks!!!

I'd recommend checking the local Chipotle -- they seem to hire plenty of them.

You don't have a Home Depot in College Station?

Yes they do...but I swear I never see any folks hanging around.

My office is in Clear Lake and I drive down El Camino every day.... Between Bay Area Blvd. and NASA 1 there is an Apartment complex where it seems like 30-40 folks hang out every day.

I could pick some guys up there, but I would then have to take them to College Station and bring them back to Clear Lake.......kinda makes for a long day!!!

ask a construction crew you run across in college station. they must be working on something somewhere out there. they will either offer to do it once they get off or the sup will tell you where he picked up his crew id imagine

They should jail people like you who betray Americans. Unemployment so high and you still don't give a **** about your fellow Americans. Disgusting.

Get out of College Station and go deeper into Bryan; I'm sure you can find what you're looking for there.

Its cause' most of our fellow Americans ask for too much, are lazy and want breaks all the time, and will sue the hell out of you if things go wrong.
