Debating between villages of north pointe and treeline subdisivion to buy a home. Obviously treeline is higher quality but it is zoned to willow creek school and north pointe to 'canyon pointe'.
Could any one give feedback about which is better school ? pros and cons of both subdivisions ?

I live nearby but my children attended Lakewood El also in TISD. Both schools are rated exemplary and both seem like good schools. Willow Creek is older. Canyon Point is new and very close to the new high school, Tomball Memorial. The principal at Canyon Point was the principal at Lakewood when my kids went there. I like her very much and she was asked to open that school. Again, I know people that live in both subdivisions and I've never heard anything negative. Years ago, I think Willow Creek wasn't as good as some of the other elementary schools but not anymore. Wish I could be more help but I don't see much difference in these schools. But if pressed, I might pick Villages of Northpointe.
