. I know nothing about Sagemont.... Sooo sorry again. But, eventually, someone will reply to you properly. It may be during the daytime though. Most everyone are retired for the day by now.

It is a pretty good location right on 45 south & beltway my gf lives about about 2 1/2 miles north area is pretty safe she is closer to the airport than sagemont is

Sagemont? Ewwwwww! Call HPD's substation for that area and the constable's office to get the crime stats. I wouldn't live there if the rent was free! But that's just me.

Sagemont is a mixed bag, I don't care for it as it is an older area but that said - I can't say I hear of anything in particular about it. Some sections are nicer than others.
