When you live in an area where household incomes are in the top 2 percent, the high schools damned well better be in the top 6.

I'll second that. All the folks in my area are all so proud of their babies for making a mediocre score on the SAT's. These people do not know what trouble is. All those kids should be making great scores on everything they take. We are not in Kabul. I guess somebody's daddy could come home drunk and beat them all up. But they have their own rooms and 3 meals a day.

Who cares, HISD has five schools ranked ahead of the ft. bend schools.

Carnegie, Debakey Health Professions, Bellaire, High School for the performing and visual arts and the High School for Law Enforcement.
