I checked the place out after getting some stuff from HD. It's nice but more like single mom hispanic/black low income nice. Its gated and it works, so thats a plus. I didnt see anything wrong from the outside, no loitering or the typical ghetto corner store. Its generally not appealing to me eventhough i love homedepot
I dont mind living there maybe if the location saves me a lot of money commuting to work, like if I worked the Shell tech center across the street
