Anyone have any opinions on this new community. Is this still considered the "wrong side of 45"? I also would like opinions on the elementary school, Oak Ridge Elementary.

Thanks

I considered it. I just didn't like the entrance, however they said there was going to be another one off the hwy. Also since it's brand new it will be a while for it to be developed. Then again a lot of people are moving to woodlands, its so close to the highway that i wouldnt' consider the wrong side. I think the proximity to the things around is nice. Traffic is another thing to watch out for during traffic hours.
Seems like it will be nice place to be in.

I think they are going to add a flyover at 242 onto 45 which should help some with the traffic there.

Still a pretty nice area, but definitely not what it used to be in the first half of the 2010s. Nowadays the area is zoned to a new elementary school located in the neighborhood, the area got more houses and even apartments and businesses. I'd recommend living in The Woodlands though, since it's right across the corner and the second best community in the United States, why not move there?
