That is actually pretty impressive given the fact that wages and salaries tend to be a little lower in Houston due to the lower cost of living.

yeah Houston is the cheapest from the 25 largest metros and yet it places 5th in personal income. That is awesome.

no.

The NE is waaaaaaay too expensive. They are keeping the national average up.

I have not read it all but that is a good thing. That is because of skilled workers from other countries.
