Wolf Creek - my coworker lived there, and he said it was ok. The immediate neighborhood around there is pretty nice with lots of places to eat nearby. Nothing great, but for temporary housing I hear it is ok for the money.

Regatta - Is that the place really close to the McDonalds nearest Johnson Space Center? If so, it used to be a bit run down, but was renovated a few years ago. Looks nice from the road, but honestly don't know what the people are like there.

Hidden Lake - We just moved from the complex right next door to Hidden Lake. Several coworkers live/lived there and said it was ok for the money. Beware of living in the farthest units because flooding will trap you in. Also heard they sometimes have problems with loud parties, but I'm told the management is good about removing the offenders.
