Hi, we currently live in the downtown area and my husband misses the suburbs. I know that the Woodlands has the Woodlands express. Are there any other express buses to downtown from other suburban areas around Houston?

Neighborhoods outside the Beltway on Memorial have the Downtown Express, 131 (?)

The rest are Park and Ride Expresses. I think all the Major MPCs have them.

There is a park and ride at I 45 @ Kuykendahl. It would be 20 -25 minutes from the north of 1960 suburbs.

You can as well use the tollway..... You just have to check on the map some are that have quick access to it. We live in the westchase area, and taking the toll road, with little traffic, it takes about 30mn to go downtown...

I live in Katy and work downtown. Ride the bus everyday... There's a parking lot on Hwy 6 @ I-10, another one in Kinsgland between Fry and Mason (Largest one in Houston) and another one in Grand Parkway/I-10...

I think it costs $4.50 a day and takes anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic...
