Hi LML1919, I'm actually in the same boat as you were in the past. How is your Travis Home holding up. We were also planning on building in the Chancel too. What are your experiences w/ the builders and the community. I'm planning to walk around the neighborhood and talk to neighbors too, but just wanted to get the most insight possible.
