It's November 9th....

Most people I know think it's disrespectful of Thanksgiving to turn on lights until after that Holiday.

37 years of *holiday season* is hard to break. normally that DST change is used to surprise you with holiday decor on the city streets and buildings

Man, I really love the Holiday season too. I'd love to see some early bird lights up. People think I'm crazy at work because I've started listening to one of my favorite stations on Pandora, Classic Holiday Jazz.
