The truth about seven meadows is it is a great community! Great community landscaping and planning. Newland (developers of Cinco and 7M) did a great job. The one drawback is the traffic on Fry Road leading to grand parkway near the HEB and other shops is crazy and will only get worse and they build out further west on Fry. Katy is booming, and probably won't slow down anytime soon especially with KBR moving their corporate campus out to Katy soon.

I think I can deal with the traffic seeing as though everything that I could possibly need would be right in the area. I just hope my house sells. Thanks for the info.
