I agree with CarbonBike on this community. I noticed no one mentioned the active adult section of this development and its quality Builders. I was told of one home owner having their parents move into the active adult section while they moved to the oposite side of the development. This is one way to be close without lliving in the same house. It all boils down to personal preference and I look foward to seeing the build out of this community.

Huge power lines..no trees. There were some very nice, large, hundred year old post oaks on the north side of that development. Did those Aggie developers chop them all down?

I love the North side of Tuckerton, anyone here building over there? Toll Brothers is my favourite but price point too high. I'm going to wait until Trendmaker gets new homesites there. Any opinions on Towne Lake? Still trying to decide between TL and Bridgeland. My favourite builder in BL is Village builders. Any opinions?

TL is going to have some great retail options just off Tuckerton and Barker-Cypress. If you've ever been to the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, that's the look they're going for on the retail side and amenities. Lazy River, building elevations, etc. I'd suggest stopping by the welcome center for more info, which I did the other day just for kicks.

I've looked at Bridgeland as well when I was house shopping. I actually liked TL and Bridgeland, but location won me over and I bought near Memorial Park. My parents, on the other hand, plan to buy in TL.
