Surface Systems did my floor, and they did a great job. I paid considerably less than the $4.50 price quoted above.

I have also used Practical Concrete and Garage Graffiti. Both work all over Houston and are more negotiable on price. All three have websites.

Surface Systems has always provided the best finished product. Our garage is a bit over 1100 sq. ft, and the urathane top coat still looks like it did the day they finished three years ago.

You are making a good decision by going the professional route!

A few years back I used the epoxy kit w/ speckles from Home Depot. It cost somewhere around $130 but while the finished product looked good it became a bit goey in the summer and scrapped off easily.

Now-a-days you can buy commercial quality rubber tiles (Sears?) that look interesting. I'm curious how well they hold up.

Thanks! Did you do the colorflake system?

Hey! Can you post the additional info? I'm looking for something for my garage floor and am very interested. Thanks!

I'm not going the DIY route this time.
Brand new garage. Needs to be the high quality stuff, applied by professionals.
Any recommendations?
And thoughts on what a 3 car tandem should run me?
Thanks!
Probably 1500-2000k for a well-done job. I had it in my condo. It spruces up the space and gets rid of oil stains in the cement. You get a bit crazy about keeping it spotless after a while cause it's so shiny.

My friend did it herself and did a fabulous job - but she did prep it out like nobody's business. That place was spotless before she began - you could have served food off that garage floor.

My brother did his garage like that as well last year. He spent a lot of time but it's beautiful. He is going to come do my garage next Spring.
