Friendswood Realtor and preschool recommendations? (Austin, Howe: day cares, house, baptist)

1) We are looking for a realtor with a great knowledge of Friendswood. Any good recommendations?

2) Also, we are looking for a preschool in Friendswood. We have one kid in the preschool at our Presbyterian church in Austin and would prefer to stay with something that is Christian and/or pretty down-to-earth, if possible.

3) Also, any idea what wait list times are like for preschools in the Friendswood area?

CityLove posts on this forum on a regular basis, and I think she knows the Friendswood area well.

When I toured the Friendswood area, I checked out Primrose and liked it.
However, we decided to send our kids closer to where work.

Primrose usually has good schools around town. The Goddard School in Friendswood has also been positively mentioned to me as well.

Make sure to interview and walk the preschools.

1. I worked with Todd Trask from Remax when I bought my house in Friendswood 3 years ago. He is good and knows the area. I'm sure City Love is great as well!

2. Are you looking for a "full-time" type day care, or more of a Mother's Day Out program? We've had kids in the Friendswood United Methodist (Bright Beginnings) preschool, and Heritage Park Baptist (His Kids) preschool. Both are great, no complaints.

3. I only know for MDOs there doesn't seem to be a wait list. I don't know about day cares.

My son goes to Primrose in Friendswood and I like it - he seems to have adjusted well. If you want more info send me a direct message. We moved here in late October.
