Law enforcement is obviously not being proactive about the situation...."responded" to over 200 calls since August". That's nice. The employees in this gas station probably crawl through a five mile long tunnel to get in the place, and work behind three inches of bulletproof glass all day and night. How are they supposed to put a stop to all the crap that goes on due to the bus station?

If you are used to being surrounded by a bunch of white folks in North Face jackets and Rockport shoes, let's just say you will be in for a surprise.

It's not that serious. Most of the people are crackheads and homeless. It could be much worse. I use to walk this area at night.

Not scary if you are a former Marine with a concealed handgun perhaps. I live a few blocks from here and drive by it every day on my way to work. It is not filled with people you want to hang around and make small talk with, believe me. I compare it to a Beehive. You leave them alone and stay away and you will not get stung.

It's not that bad. I've been plenty of times, believe me. Think most of you grew up in Sugarland if you're scared of the Houston Greyhound.

I'd imagine that anyone scared of it would be the one sitting down clutching everything they own very tight and looking at people like they're dirt. So happy I wasn't sheltered from reality..

Well the customer service isn't up to par, neither is the security. I had lost my phone in the bathroom being exhausted, I reported it to the security and she looked around asked me a couple questions and then after that just kept going on with what she was doing. So I went to the customer service and the guy at the front said "sorry ma'am but that's not really our problem" and then chuckled. I went back into the bathroom for the third time and thankfully it had just fallen out of sight from me and from other people. Be extra careful with your belongings bc they don't give a **** about anything. My phone has everything on it and I wouldn't be able to get home without it. 2121 main st. Houston, tx.
I had to go to the back area of the building bc the "restaurant" had homeless people coming in and out begging everyone and harassing them constantly for food, smokes, money.
