Is there a website where I can see if property values have increased over time and by how much? I mean a site that can show me how much land value has gone up since the year before, or since a community was opened? I'm not really interested in home values (although that would be nice to see as well), but I'm more interested in lot values.

Other than HCAD and the suburban counties, I believe all other sites focus on combined property value. Unless a house was sold as a tear down, then you probably would be hard-pressed to find that kind of information on a scale that would be meaningful.

The suburban home developers all have it, but I don't think it is available to the general public.

Another thing, each year the Chronicle produces the year-over-year (and 5-year?) change by neighborhood. Not sure if that is on their website or not, but it's always pretty interesting.

Ok. I'm trying to find information on Benders Landing lots. For example, a 1 acre lot was generally selling for for $x 5 years ago, and is selling for $x now. I would love to buy a lot there, but am having a hard time getting my husband on board. We wouldn't want to build a home for several years. But I am convinced that the land values of this area are going to go way up with the new Exxon Mobil campus being nearby.

Do you think the Grand Parkway would increase or decrease land values for this area?

It won't show you lots, just home sales trends:
