I'm a black male...black folks either stopped cooking or we can't get capital to open restaurants like mexicans can overnight....I've seen places close to reopen as another taqueria..but there are too many now all over the place

There is one that parks on the corner of Pacific and Grant in Montrose near the Gay clubs. It is hella good.
Don't think many patrons care about washed hands after 10 drinks
