A person with nine million dollars to blow is not going to be on a forum were the average person on here probably doesn't even make six figures asking about houses in River Oaks. Thats totally different than asking what is sugar land and the Height is like.

I am on this forum. In fact, I have relatives in Houston who would have very useful and relevant information for this op, considering they are super wealthy and involved in a lot of real estate investment.
