Here's the scenario...job b/n beltway 8 and hwy 6 near 290. Can move anywhere, but want to be nearer to friends and family in Sugar Land. Where would a nice place be b/n the two locations. Probably want to be closer to SL and would spend maybe 250-300. Prefer newer homes w/ a minimum of 4/2.5. Discuss.

In my opinion, I would choose either to be close to work or close to family/friends. Sugarland and hw6/290 is quit the distance from each other. Why live in between and be far from both? In reality most will probable tell you to live close to work where you be going to everyday and they are probable right. Who want to be stuck in traffic for a long time and have to leave early to go to work/come home late everyday.
