Hello all,
We are looking into the new silver ranch section by the spring greens section 11. now that the community is big, will there be any plans to add more park/ community facilities? the existing one is very far from this section and it doesnt make sense for kids to go that far to play. the only other alternative is to use the streets which i feel is not safe. Any opinion on this/ on silver ranch as a whole is greatly appreciated and will help us in decision making...

They are building a new pool and recreation center! Going to be off Spring Green next to those water towers. They have started work on it. You can see all the heavy machinery moving soil.

Have you spoke to a sales rep? I would assume they would know.

Oh, I didnt know that. no one mentioned it till now. Thanks for the update.. This is good info. Also, if you can provide any review on the community in that section, that would be helpful too. Thanks again.

I live in Silver Ranch Sec-11. There will be one park by the water treatment plant (east of Spring Green). There are also some talks to keep a green open area across from the current model homes (west of spring green).
So far no issues, it's a very nice and safe neighborhood. Lot of Indians/Asians living in that area.

Thanks,
