Anyone knows a good Electrician? Hes does not need to be certified (I'm in Fort Bend County), just experienced and a reasonably priced?

Area: Sugar Land, Katy, Stafford, Missouri City, etc.

I need him to install an interlock breaker box kit for generator back feed. And possibly upgrade the breaker box.

I've used DRJ on several jobs. They are based out of Brookshire, mainly work in Katy/Richmond, but they travel all over. They come in to Memorial for me, so I don't think Sugar Land/Mo City would be a stretch.
Most recent jobs I did with them included new panel, grounding an entire house, and new timers on pool equipment... as well as a sub panel.
