So my husband and I are interested in moving to Bridgeland. Does anyone live there? What are some of the benefits of living out that far? It's sooooo far from everything and our jobs, so we're trying to justify moving. Any thoughts?

Bridgeland is my favorite place - but NOT if it's far from your work. Where are your jobs?

Bridgeland is a great place and its amenities are very nice. Several of my clients purchased in Bridgleand with David Weekly, Highland Homes and Partners in Building. Where will you be working and what would be the max commute time you are willing to endure?

I live there, love the amenities, love the trails, love the lakes, love the open spaces, love the parks, love the movie nights they put on, love the pool complex, basically love the place.

I've lived here for 16 months and am delighted we chose this area, I'm fortunate in that my commute is only 20 minutes.

I will let you know! I just purchased a David Weekley home in Bridgeland and will be moving in around June15-16th. The reason we chose it was the location to be honest. Love living further out. Drive time, nah, does not bother me since I do consulting work, I drive all over Texas, so I'm just not as sensitive to driving as others can be. I'm use to it and enjoy driving personally. Sitting in traffic. Its a daily thing.
