Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone here might work at Devon or know a little about them.

I had what I believe to be a really great interview with them a little over a week ago and think it sounds like an amazing place to work. Followed up with them on Monday to see where things were on the process and they were still in interviews so I tried to play up my interest just to let them know I'm eager to start -- but I'm still alive.

I connected extremely well with the hiring manager (at one point deviating from the interview completely to talk about Mustangs as it was a common thread b/w us, after he showed me a picture of a new 2013 boss). I'd say it was about 60/40 personal qualities / work experience, respectively, so I thought they may have that was extremely important. Interview was scheduled for 2 hours, and mine was a little over 2.5. I met some members of the team I'd be working with and seemed to mesh really well with them also.

Just wondering who might have gone through an interview with them and if there might be any specific qualities they look for?

I took a gander at glassdoor but it kept pestering me to set up an account.

It's not that bad to set up an account. Takes a couple minutes and you won't end up with many emails if you uncheck the boxes during registration.

An account's not bad on there.
