Coming from the Midwest, I've been complaining about this ..... forever
How is it possibly that rural Northern Arkansas, in an area with a hand full of little towns has much better roads than Houston?
In case that you are wondering, I'm talking specifically about highway 63 North of Cherokee Village and highway 65 North of Harrison, AR
