I move to Florida about (7) years ago but now regret that.Looking to relocate to where the job market is a little better than Florida. I am a tradesman in the construction industry and would like a heads-up on the industry in Houston or the greater texas region. Thanks.

If you do HVAC or plumbing you'll do good here as far as trades go. I'm a plumber by trade and worked myself into the office. Lots of opportunity.

THe job market in Houston is much better than fla. When I hear Fla I think an economy based upon tourism, retirees from the NE etc. The first two arent great ways to have a s trong economy. HOuston builds things, more manufacturing jobs than any other city so trades are in demand.
