I see Cypress Creek Pools out in my neck of the woods, and in particular my subdivision, a LOT.

Another one that I know is supposed to build a good pool, but they're not cheap, is Hipp Pools.

We initially received a quote from Platinum pools and really liked their presentation/price and products. But after going back a few times to clarify and ask additional questions they seemed to get annoyed with us and started blowing us off and not fully answering our questions...

So we started calling other people and ended up going with DownUndaPools and couldn't be happier. Brett is more of a high end pool builder but he really knows his stuff...

Thanks for the info

So far Cody Pools has been the most helpful.
Supreme Pools .. kinda iffy, but they haven't presented us with a design and price yet.
Platnium Pools, well guy called the wrong # to confirm, and he ended up not coming out. He did apologize and was willing to come out at 9PM if we wanted to. The one thing that is weird, is that PP shows to be out of business with the BBB, and then restarted.

I'm going to try a 2 more pool builders and determine which one we like best.

So far we are looking at 21K gallon pool, with about 600 Sq Ft of swimming area. Is that a good size ??

Well now the problem is financing it.
First Comm. Bank declined us due to lenght of time at our jobs...? BS reason IMO. We've been in the same industry for several years.

Anyone deal with HFS Financial or Lyon Financial?

Well on track to have the financing done around Xmas.

Cody pools came and never sent me final designs or a call back.

Supreme, sent a design and never called back.

Platinum emailed design and I asked for changes and nothing yet.

I'm going to try Cypress Custom Pools and see how they treat me.
I was disappointed by Cody Pools.
I saw flamingo, but they aren't a preferred builder with my lender.
