any feedback on the south/south east side? Everything I have seen so far has been the far NW (nice communities).

Is the SE side of the Metro area deteriorating? Would going into Galveston county be too dangerous for crime and schools? No one seems to support that area on the posts. what is the deal?

I have friends that live down in Friendswood/Clear Lake/League City area and love it. I don't know why there aren't many people on here from those areas, but as communities go, they're fine. The area is a bit economically depressed with the loss of the shutle program, but not terribly so I think.

Sugar Land is the closest match to the South OC (Irvine/Mission Viejo area).
