Are AT&T and Comcast the only choices in Houston? We had AT&T and were pretty satisfied with them, but now we are moving to an area they don't service. It looks like we're stuck with Comcast. Just wondering if there are others out there I don't know about. We're in 77077.

Yeah, I really like them. So sad they don't service our area. Comcast is turning about to be about the same per month.

In every area you have 2 choices, either the cable monopoly or the phone monopoly. It's sort of like voting for President, try to pick the least worst of the two poor choices and prepare to be disappointed.

Tell AT&T to do an address verification. I didn't have it in my neighborhood forever and constantly called and asked and one day the girl I got did some address verification thing and I could get it. I'll NEVER go back to Comcrap. They suck!

I hate comcast and will never use them again even though their internet was WAY faster than Uverse. Direct TV for me in the new house since ATT doesnt cover the area also.
