Hi,

My wife got a job near east little york area and because of the high crime rate in that area we are planning to move to humble (southern) area. Currently we are on the hunt for good apartments in that area. We have a 2 yr old and would like to have easy access to some daycare centers too.

Currently we have an eye on Sierra at Fall creek and cascade at fall creek apartments. HAs any one lived or living in these apartments? if yes, how do you rate them?

Any other apartment recommendations are most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

My suggestion is to keep going north, to Kingwood.

Stoneleigh on Kenswick and Park at Humble are pretty nice. It's a pretty decent and calm area.

I had a friend living in Sierra at Fall Creek and her car was broken into twice! Management was less than helpful and didn't take an preventive measures after the break in, like sending a notice to other residents, installing more lights in the complex, etc. She said the complex was pet friendly and seemed to be great when she first spoke to the leasing staff, but quickly went downhill once she moved in. Parking was a nightmare, not only on weekends but during the week as well. I also suggest moving towards Kingwood if you can. Good luck!
