Me too, especially because I am sort of a regular poster on here, and I have been very happily living in Riverstone since 2013

Haha I saw that when I started at the beginning of the thread. New poster just wanted you to make sure you were aware of the quality of your choice over the last 2 years.

They don't seem all that different in terms of makeup, houses, etc, and the new SL part of Riverstone down University (when it is finished) isn't far from Telfair. I think we could get more house for our money in Riverstone too. Anyway, we are looking for two story, 4 BR (5 if poss.), max of about $450k. We are very familiar with the Sugar Land area, but does anyone have opinions on those communities in particular? How different are the schools? We currently have a third grader, first grader, and a preschooler.

Thanks!
Which subdivision in Richmond? Why are you deciding to move back to Sugar Land from Richmond? Any specific reasons or things you don't like in Richmond? The reason I ask is because we are making the move from Sugar Land to Richmond.

Thanks!

I am the OP, and this thread is 3 years old. We are very happy in Riverstone.
