We were looking at buying in the Woodlands, but for our price range $180k, there wasn't anything worth spending our money on, even though it is TW...we are in the process of buying a home in Windrose and have fallen in love with the subdivision. We also were checking out Champion Forest & Gleanloch Farms but nothing that met our liking.

Any tips after living in Kingwood for a while? do you wish you picked a different area?
Kingwood is great. Everything is super convienent. I purchased a 3000 sf custom tudor with a gourmet kitchen surrounded by a 200 acre nature preserve for 182k back in 2005. I'm about a 30 minute drive to downtown.

Lots to see and do. Great dining.
