Crime in Houston is random -- so that said, the wealthy really can't avoid it all unles they never leave home. Crime can happen at any place at any time - it is just a random thing here. Burglaries seem to be the biggest problem.

You can say the same thing in Beverly Hills or the Hamptons. Traffic accidents are random. Plane crashes are random. Natural disasters. Most of us will meet our ends in a very random fashion.

Houston has 30,000 burglaries annually, more than Chicago or anywhere in the u.s.. I agree Houston's violent crime isn't as bad as Chicago's in the past few years but pretty sure it had the 2nd highest murder rate after philadelphia only a few years ago. Chicago is not nearly as bad as you act like nor is Houston as nice. Both have their share of crime which is definantly bad in some parts but they both have very nice parts too. As for the op, obvious trolling.
