I just landed a job next to reliant stadium. I'm new to the area and have done some research about apartments. I would like to stay around reliant stadium area but my budget is no more then 700$ for a one bedroom one bath, I'm not picky but if anyone would like to suggest a apartment or town home it would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of apartments that are super cheap next to Reliant. They will be scary, but they might be in that price range. Any decent apartment complex will run you 1100+ I would look into finding a roommate.

I used to work very close to that area. They built nice new apartments on Buffalo Speedway and West Bellfort but they were going for 1000+ if not more.

Seriously, you can't live in a nice complex in the burbs for 700. For 700 you will be in a scary complex that is old with mold in the showers. Expect your car to get broken into often. Hope it is a beater. Your other choices are find a roommate or up your budget by 400 a month. The other option is to find an apartment on craigslist. Some small old complex which will still be ****ty and old, but not quite as dangerous. I have a teacher friend who does that. It is a dump with a half kitchen and I think she pays 800.
