I am deciding between pine mill and cross creek. I liked the community of cross creek and was wondering if there are any Indian families living there?

When we drived through we didn't see anybody, in Pine mill we did see couple of families, cross creek is nice , we end up paying a lil more than pine mill , though We prefer a mixed neighborhood , just wanted to know if there are couple of Indian families.

Not like I am going to give a name and address of my friend... But yes she's Indian and lives in Cross Creek Ranch.
She's cool enough to hang out with the non-desi likes of me .

And no her family isn't the only Indian family. Maybe ask the sales office for demographics if they keep track of that sort of thing?

I live nearby in Cinco SW. The area is quite multicultural thanks mainly in part to oil & gas careers. Those same folks are moving to Cross Creek Ranch as well.

Many of my Indian co-workers live in Cross Creek Ranch and Fulshear. I live in Waterview Estates (south of Cinco Ranch) and two of my neighbors are Indian. Aliana has a large Indian population as well.

Commuting to energy corridor! Thanks all for the replies, one more question I had was how much does one pay for a 55' lot 3300 sq ft house, it seems like it is running 100 per sq ft, and pine mill is 90 per sq ft, also pine mill will build out soon, crosscreek will continue to build couple more years, so price appreciation in pine mill might be more also because it blends into cinco and the new high school is pretty close to Pinemill, these things are making it difficult to take a decision , kindly help
