I'm going to be looking at a house in Austin Park Section 2 (close to Riverstone; just SW of Austin Pkwy/Commonwealth Blvd). It's about 3/4 of a mile from Missouri City. How safe is the neighborhood? Considering this house is right next to a golf course, would burglary be likely to be a problem?

Also, is this area likely to hold its value over time (in your opinions)?

Does any have any idea what the approximate value/sq ft should be in this area? This house was built in 1986.

Thank you for any advice/information you can provide.

Very safe. It will absolutely hold it's value, but may not appreciate a ton.

It's very good, safe area. About price/ sq ft. Depending on features that it has, and size of the house, anywhere between 90-110 would be my guess. Definitely will hold its value. All the best.
